This was used for a discussion based class on Law & Ethics for Educators. The book was better than its companion noted below. Many of the scenarios given were overly dramatic. Used with The Ethics of Teaching.
Interesting because it gives scenarios where the reader determines what the correct decision is. Then, it shows what the law is and what happened in the case.

I purchased this item for a class that I am taking this summer. The book looked brand new and was packed nicely. The item came with free two-day shipping with a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime. Lovely UPS however, put the item on the wrong carrier and it took over a week to get to me! Fortunately, I did not have to pay for shipping.
