I am a teacher and a mom. We have been using this brand of test prep books every summer for the past six years. It gives my daughter a boost for when she starts the next grade. Very kid friendly.

This is a great way to have kids review the basics before taking the state standardized test. The test tips are very helpful and the information and instructions are very easy to follow for self study.

I use Flash Kids Test Prep to prepare my students for the standardized state testing. My students really enjoy the challenge and I love the preparation. The best part is that my students are able to gauge the areas in which they need help. Since I replaced the state's prepared materials with Test Prep my students' test scores have improved considerably.

Good condition. Written in but can't beat the price. Our homeschool family is hooked on Harcourt Family Learning. Their test books give an overview to make sure the kids are up to speed with the core knowledge for their grade.

Actually my wife got this book to help decide if weighted blankets were for her with fibromyalgia and restless legs. It was a big help and she has purchased one; loves it!

It wasn’t what I was looking for... more about the reasons for having a weighted blanket.. not how to make one

This is a much-needed guide to using weighted blankets to help with sensory processing, chronic pain, sleep problems and more. The authors provide terrific insights, practical advice, and how-to information that make this an invaluable resource.

An alright book. Honestly did not contain what I thought it would i expected a pattern from the title i suppose i should not make assumptions however it was intriguing with all the different medical conditions it may help with., Also helpful with the discounted website tells you the top 3 websites for buying polypropylene pellets in bulk.

Informative but a bit disappointed i was hoping it would give more information on making a weighted blanket.

I’d been absorbing Jeff’s articles and podcasts for years and became frustrated that my own sales leaders weren’t delivering on his prescriptions. When it came time to look for a new Chief Revenue Officer, I turned to Jeff and asked him to find us a Rockstar. He did a deep dive into our company’s expectations and culture and attacked the search. I didn’t think it was possible, but Jeff managed to deliver four high-quality leaders for in-person interviews (including the Rockstar we ultimately hired) within thirty days. Today, I’ve gone from frustrated to excited again about delivering on our sales potential, largely due to Jeff’s efforts.

Excellent tips on hiring right. I especially liked the chapters on DNA. It is truly one of the missing links in getting the right people into your organization. The other well described part is the entire reference checking paradigm. Most of us reference check after the fact, if at all. On occasion, for an especially important position, we’ll make the offer contingent on reference checks that are provided by candidate. But, the idea of looking for references, on your own, through the LinkedIn is really good. This is when you can get the real stuff.Good book!

There are not many recruiting books out there, I jumped all over this one when I saw it was coming out. Jeff 100% gets the reality of what is needed in 2018 to attract and retain top talent. The game has changed and if you do not adapt you will be left behind. This book is a step by step tutorial of exactly what you have to do in THIS market to get top talent.

Jeff and I are cut from the same Cloth. The way he moves through the motions is relatable and to the point. In my humble opinion, the missing piece was, you need to be passionate about people to succeed in this industry. He clearly is and you can feel it through his writing but far too many people in our space are motivated by money. I blew through this book in 2 days and am glad I found it. It confirmed 80% of my approach and gave me ideas to grow stronger in this space. Thanks Jeff for laying it out so well!

Bringing on the right people makes or breaks a company’s success - and Jeff has the process figured out. This book is filled with useful tidbits that he’s learned through the years that push you to do the due diligence to identify the talent you need, and help you find high performers. It’s a must-have for new and experienced hiring managers alike!

The concepts in this book were spot on for helping us develop a great first-pass implementation on this project. Highly recommended for anyone else facing the challenge of improving support documentation - without experience and training as a technical writer!

Nice framework. More suitable than earlier documentation management texts for the more agile modern workplace.Better than Hackos for smaller workplaces wth less legacydocumentation where you have more new content to writeand less old content to maintain or manage translations on.Still a place for Hackos, but probably mature industries only. Would like to see how to apply a lighter framework like thiswithin a development DevOps Docs like Code environment.Maybe if the templates were wiki based not Office files to beresources that developers would use from Linux not Windows.

Some technical writers are thrown into this job by people who assume we just take a Word document and copy and paste whatever people tell us we should do. This helps provide the tools to push for reasonable acceptance within your business of what you do, especially if you're a one person design, writing and publishing team like so many of us are these days.If you don't have a required form to use already, download the templates so you have a professionally designed framework ready to go. The last thing we all need is one more doc to design and present to others, even though that is what will end up happening anyway (you won't feel like you did as much work as you wound up doing anyway at least).After going through a few similar books at the library, this is the first one I encountered which I could forward to people to help them understand project management of technical writing, especially in an Agile environment where all tasks and projects are tracked.

As the title suggests, this book focuses on the technical writing process, which it does very well. I have found this to be a really useful resource. It is well written and contains a lot of good advice for technical writers of any skill level and can be easily used when writing many different forms of documentation. Highly recommended.

Excelent content, amaizing book but a little problen, there are a lot of blank pages and lack of some text, make the ebook not easy to read and follow, I am using the Kindle app installed in a SAMSUNG Galaxy tablet by the way I bought the printed edition to contniunue enjoying the content

If you have no experience or formal training with technical writing this book will help you think and work like a technical writer. Perhaps the best part of this book is how easy it is to read and it doesn't take much time at all to go cover to cover.

Good book, have not read it completely.

A great practical guide well supported by templates that takes you from theory to implementation.
