This book's introduction is ironic: the author explains how when you want to learn something, the book has to be a precise and explicit as possible, and yet this books fails to do that, and on top of that, MOST of the book's chapters are about EVERYTHING from food, clothes, desires, the Maslow pyramid, etc. except how to harness your inner power through sexual transmutation.I don't recomend this book at all, there are other far better and more interesting like Celibacy and Transmutation of Sexual Energy for Deeper Meditation or Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy which include complete excercises and a way more interesting outlook at how we are sexual beings.
written in an easily understandable language, and I think it's appropriate for beginners. Covers many concepts of transformation, but it should have included more practical exercises. It also should have referenced TAO. None the less, author had good intentions when he was writing this book.
